Show them the login movie I made.
Talk about MLK day.
Read The Tree House, in The Big Book For Peace that Ms. Mahoney loaned me.
When finished, discuss what the story meant. Summarize as a class.
Draw the setting using TuxPaint.
Do a Gallery Walk.

Finish Scratch projects that were started on 1/4/11.
Work in this order:
1 - Finish drawing the predator, 2 costumes
2 - Finish drawing the prey, 3 of them
3 - Take color samples in the prey's program so it can be eaten
4 - Finish drawing the background
5 - Replace the sound for when the prey gets eaten. Record your own sound

We will play each other's games when everyone is finished.

7th Grade:
Fill out worksheet on tzedakah project video as a warm up. Then collect.
Talk about video taping and editing - keep the camera still so viewers are focused on the action and not the camera movement.
Initiative and my arrival/departure videos. What do you notice about them?
Show them what I have for their tzedakah project video - just need Sam W.'s piece. I had to change the music.
Finish your storyboards from a few weeks ago and videotape them.

If you finish, I have internet treasure hunts to do.
You may create your own treasure hunts or do a student-created one I have IF you finish all of the above.
